Attorney Margaret Russell-Shepherd Joins Levine Staller

(Atlantic City, NJ)  The Atlantic City law firm of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan & Brown, P.A. has welcomed Margaret M. Russell-Shepherd to the firm as an associate.  She will focus her practice on matters involving Commercial and Business Transactions, Real EstateFederal and State Tax Matters, and Estates, Wills and Trusts.

Maggie came to the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Marczyk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. As a law clerk, she researched all aspects of litigation and regularly mediated small claim disputes.

Prior to obtaining her law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, SUNY, she interned with the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service, clerked for a private Southern New Jersey firm, and represented a non-profit organization as a student attorney with the University at Buffalo Law School’s Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. She also served as Editor in Chief of the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law & Social Policy.

Maggie coaches mock trial for a local high school. She is also a member of the Vincent S. Haneman American Inn of Court.

She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States Tax Court and resides in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
