Attorney Anthony Morgano Joins Levine Staller

News

(Atlantic City, NJ)  The Atlantic City law firm of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan & Brown, P.A. has welcomed Anthony Morgano to the firm as an associate. He will concentrate his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Employment Law. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in employment litigation, including allegations of wrongful termination, age, race, gender and disability discrimination.

Previously Tony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Special Civil Part, in Ocean County. During law school he worked part time for Levine Staller and also separately interned with the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2009, and his Juris Doctorate degree with honors in 2012 from Rutgers University School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Born and raised in Ventnor, NJ, Tony serves as coach for a local mock trial team and is a member of the Vincent S. Haneman American Inn of Court.
