Lee has been practicing in Southern New Jersey for over 40 years and a background in representing clients in connection with complex commercial transactions, estate planning, and advising fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts.

Alan focuses his practice in the area of estates, trusts, estate planning and administration, and Federal and State income, estate and inheritance taxes. He also has substantial experience in real estate and commercial transactions, condominium law and corporate matters.

Arthur Sklar focuses his practice in the area of complex real estate tax appeals and commercial real estate transactions. He is also experienced in title insurance defense and construction litigation.

Paul has been a partner in the firm of Levine Staller since 1980. He is the author of several tax articles, including “How to Invest in Housing Tax Credits,” “How to Avoid Income When Restructuring Loans,” and “How to Make the Most of Keogh Now.”

Art has been an attorney with Levine Staller since 1992 and was named a partner in 1996. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian Cullen focuses his practice in the area of construction law (including design professional and construction contracts, litigation and construction lien issues), as well as commercial and employment litigation.

Maggie joined the firm in 2012 and concentrates her practice on matters involving Commercial and Business Transactions, Real Estate; Federal and State Tax Matters; and Estates, Wills and Trusts.

John Hoffman’s practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation, putting a unique background to work for his clients.

Scott focuses his practice in the area of commercial transactions, real estate, estates & trusts, estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, Federal and State income, estate and inheritance taxes.

Michael Sklar first joined the firm in 1997, and has worked on a number of significant tax appeals that have resulted in substantial tax savings for his clients and a great deal of publicity in the Atlantic County region.

Jennifer concentrates her practice on matters involving Commercial Business Transactions, Real Estate, and Wills and Trusts.

Ben represents developers large and small, from homeowners who need approval to construct an addition to their home to MGM MIRAGE, the second largest gaming company in the world.
