John J. Hoffman
John obtained his law degree while serving full time as a police officer in an Atlantic County, New Jersey municipality. During law school, he also worked as a summer intern for the Honorable Joseph Kane, JSC. After graduating with honors from Rutgers Law School – Camden, where he was an Associate Editor of Rutgers Law Journal, John served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dennis J. Braithwaite, JAD, in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Following his clerkship, John practiced both privately and as an assistant prosecutor. John eventually returned to his career in law enforcement as an investigator in the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office where his duties included investigating financial crimes, internal affairs complaints, and public corruption.
This background, plus prior experience in computer programming and network management, provides John with an efficient, no-nonsense, and analytical approach to his work.
