Levine Staller partners Art Brown and Scott Mitnick delivered a program on current tax issues to close to fifty accountants during a recent breakfast seminar co-hosted by the firm and the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
The program was held Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Great Bay Resort & Country Club in Somers Point, NJ.
The Tax Update covered the 2010 Estate Tax Repeal, 2009-2010 key developments in estate and gift taxes, and valuation provisions under buy/sell agreements.
