(Atlantic City, NJ) Milton and Betty Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Atlantic County (JCC) has presented Arthur M. Brown of Levine Staller Sklar Chan Brown & Donnelly, P.A. with its Young Leadership Award. The award was presented at the JCC’s Annual Meeting in May, with Brown unaware prior to the dinner that he would be receiving the tribute.
Established in 1998, the award is not presented annually, but rather when the board and leadership of the JCC deem an individual worthy of the honor. To date, there have been just six individuals who have received the award.
“Art is a respected professional who is also dedicated to the celebration of his heritage”, said Alan Staller, a co-founder of the law firm and board member of the JCC. “He has demonstrated his commitment time and again through leadership of countless events, fundraisers and programs of the JCC. I am proud to be his colleague and delighted to see the groundwork he has laid to benefit the community for years to come.”
Brown, a partner with the firm, practices in Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Estate Planning Transactions and Federal and State Taxation. He is a member of the bar in NJ and PA, carries a Master’s Degree in Taxation and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
