Levine Staller’s Brown and Sklar Speak to RE/MAX Atlantic Agents

Levine Staller Partners Art Brown and Michael Sklar stand with Marsha Mangiello, co-owner of RE/MAX Atlantic Real Estate at a recent seminar in Northfield, NJ.  Brown and Sklar were asked to speak on the topics of Short Sales and Tax Appeals to the RE/MAX Breakfast Club, a regular gathering for the 30 agents in two RE/MAX offices to discuss current issues in real estate.  Brown has handled commercial real estate matters for many years and currently represents a large scale residential housing developer in projects across the nation.  Sklar has worked on a number of significant tax appeals in recent years, resulting in substantial tax savings for his commercial property owner clients.
