“NJICLE’s Summer CLEfest” is set for Monday, August 13, 2012 at Bally’s Atlantic City, and attendees can choose from a number of morning and afternoon sessions to earn 6.8 CLE credits and network with judges and attorneys from all over the state.

Levine Staller attorneys Art Brown, Ben Zeltner and Scott Mitnick, along with Rick Albuquerque of D’Arcy Johnson & Day, will deliver a program entitled “Business Law for Law Firms,” which earns 3.4 credits (1 ethics credit).

The program will give an understanding of the key business issues attorneys face when managing a practice, including business structure and taxation issues, buy/sell agreements, fee letters, collection of fees, and addressing ethical issues including conflicts and confidentiality.

At the door registration for the program is $200, but a number of discounts are available for early and bulk registration. Visit www.njicle.com for more information.
