He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment law and litigation and his credentials in this area include a special emphasis on discrimination and whistleblower claims.
David is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation held by less than 3% of all attorneys in New Jersey.
David frequently lectures on litigation and trial advocacy, including discovery and trial tactics, as well as introducing evidence and using expert testimony.
David joined the firm as an associate in August 2006, and became a partner in 2013. Prior to joining Levine Staller, David worked as an attorney with the firm Monte & Rudolph in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Prior to that, David worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is a member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and Florida Bar Associations.
