Azotea to Present at AC CLE Program
David Azotea, Esq.

Attorney David Azotea of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan, Brown & Donnelly, PA is slated to speak at an upcoming Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar entitled “Dirty Litigation Tactics: How to Deal with the "Rambo" Litigator” produced by the National Business Institute.  The event will be held on Friday, December 16th, from 9am-4:30pm at Bally's in Atlantic City, NJ.

The program will offer attorneys, in-house counsel, and other legal professionals ways to neutralize those who use “hardball” litigation techniques and help them develop a reputation for integrity and following the rules while still assertively representing clients. Additionally, the seminar will offer tips on effectively handling paid experts and deposing uncooperative witnesses.  The program has been approved for 7.2 hours of New Jersey CLE credits, 7 hours of New York CLE credits (including 1 ethics hour), and 6 hours of Pennsylvania CLE credit.

The cost to attend is $359 per person, and discounts are available for multiple attendees from a single law firm.  For more information, visit www.nbi-sems.com
