Levine Staller’s Arthur Brown and Scott Mitnick represented Spring Garden Development Associates in connection with its acquisition, financing, construction and rehabilitation of Spring Garden Apartments in Philadelphia, consisting of 26 separate buildings including 58 low-income rental units, the historic renovation of existing row homes and the construction of new rental units.
