Levine Staller Attorneys to speak at NJSCPA Seminar

Partners Art Brown and Scott Mitnick of the law firm of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan, Brown & Donnelly, PA will be the featured speakers at an upcoming breakfast seminar co-hosted by the firm and the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Great Bay Resort & Country Club in Somers Point, NJ.

Entitled “Estate and Tax Planning – Things You Should Know Now”, the program will review legislative changes to the estate planning regime since the passing of the Tax Relief Act of 2010, discuss effective uses of disclaimers in post-mortem estate planning and study the application, scope and ethics of the attorney-client privilege and how it applies to matters involving the use of experts.

The cost to attend is $45 per person, which benefits the NJSCPA Cape Atlantic Scholarship Program, and attendees earn 2 CPE Credits in Taxation from the NJ State Board of Accountancy.  Registration and breakfast open at 8am and the educational program runs from 8:15 – 10:30.
