David Azotea of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan, Brown & Donnelly, PA is slated to speak at an upcoming Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar entitled “Evidence and Expert Testimony Best Practices” produced by the National Business Institute. The event will be held on Thursday, June 21st, from 9am-4:30pm at the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill.
The program will teach attorneys of all experience levels strategies and tools to effectively work with evidence and expert testimony. Topics to be covered include working with evidence at trial, attacking opposing evidence, cross examination of expert witnesses, getting scientific and expert testimony admitted into evidence, and ethical considerations of all of the above.
The program has been approved for 7.2 hours of New Jersey CLE credits, 7 hours of New York CLE credits, and 6 hours of Pennsylvania CLE credit.
