David Azotea of the Atlantic City law firm of Levine, Staller, Sklar, Chan & Brown served as an instructor at a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar entitled “Construction Defect Litigation from A to Z” on Monday, April 29th at Bally’s Atlantic City.
The program, produced by the National Business Institute, was geared toward attorneys, developers, engineers, architects, and insurance claims managers and covered every aspect of construction defect disputes:
- How to argue a typical case
- Recent legislation affecting this area of practice
- Understanding building codes and plans, and
- Liability/risk management issues.
Azotea covered case law updates and ethical considerations.
