Paul has been a partner in the firm of Levine Staller since 1980. He is the author of several tax articles, including "How to Invest in Housing Tax Credits," "How to Avoid Income When Restructuring Loans," and "How to Make the Most of Keogh Now."

He lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education from 1980 through 1997 on numerous tax topics.

Paul's experience includes:

• Representing one of the nation's leading developers of apartment projects in all phases of development, financing, syndication, and operations.
