Glenn Callahan is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation. Glenn has represented clients locally, nationally and internationally in a variety of business and commercial disputes. His recent experience includes:
- Representing major corporations in commercial cases involving claims of breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, fraud, patent and trademark infringement, and Lanham Act claims.
- Serving as lead trial counsel for a Fortune 500 company in a major environmental cost recovery action brought by the U.S. Government.
- Providing counsel to International manufacturing clients in environmental and commercial transactions.
- Representing 100 property owners in a commercial dispute over a dredging contract.
- Successfully resolving construction defect claims involving nearly 1,000 condominium units on behalf of the Joint Construction Office of the Wildwoods.
- Serving as a consultant to a Danish company in an international commercial dispute with a European competitor involving claims of unfair practice and patent infringement.
- Representing a Madrid-based chemical company in recovering fraudulently conveyed assets.
Active in leadership roles in many professional associations, Glenn has served as President of the Camden County Bar Association, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a Member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association and Board of Trustees of the New Jersey University of Medicine and Dentistry Foundation. Glenn has been awarded the prestigious AV-Rating by Martindale Hubbell.
Prior to joining Levine Staller, Glenn led the Philadelphia office of McCarter & English as its Managing Partner before opening the law offices of Keeley & Callahan in Cape May, NJ.
