David's practice with the firm focuses on a number of areas, including Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Construction Litigation.
With respect to his work in employment law and litigation, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, though his credentials in this area include a special emphasis on the defense of municipalities.
Additionally, he is experienced in criminal defense, with extensive experience in DUI/DWI defense, as well as personal injury litigation.
David joined the firm as an associate in August 2006, after working as an attorney with the firm Monte & Rudolph in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Prior to that, David worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is a member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and Florida Bar Associations.
