Brian Cullen focuses his practice in the area of construction law (including design professional and construction contracts, litigation and construction lien issues), commercial and employment litigation, commercial and residential real estate, and community and condominium association law.

Brian's experience includes:

• Representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in all types of construction and design professional contracts and dispute resolution, involving projects from residential home construction to multi-family housing construction and large casino hotel additions
• Representing developers in condominium and interval ownership projects and condominium association creation and administration
• Representing developers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate matters.

Brian is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
